Shipping Timeframe
Our standard shipping time is 6 to 10 business days from processing your order. We store our products in 2 different warehouses, so if you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. But rest assured your entire order is on its way! You’ll also receive tracking details for each shipment so you can stay updated. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We are closed on weekends and major US holidays, so please allow additional time for processing if your order is placed during these times.
Cancellation and Other Order Requests
Cancellations or changes to your order can be requested as long as the order has not been processed. To submit your request, please contact our customer service immediately. You can reach us via email at

Late Deliveries
Although we ship most orders within the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances, our shipping capacity can be exceeded, which can cause additional delays of 1-2 days. Regrettably, this is an unfortunate consequence of high-volume sales periods as well as for weekend and public holiday order placements.
Other reasons for additional delays may include our shipping partner itself experiencing a problem, or border and customs departments retaining shipments on international shipments. These events are unfortunately beyond our control.
Delivered Items
Wondery Outdoors is not responsible for lost packages if the wrong address was provided. Once the order is shipped and delivered to an incorrect address, Wondery Outdoors is no longer responsible for the package and will not replace the item. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please contact our customer service immediately. If the order is unfulfilled, we can assist you in updating your address.
Return to Sender
For US orders, if a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to the following issues, we can process a one-time free reshipment. Should you decide to cancel your order, we will process a refund to your original payment method excluding the shipping fee.
- Undeliverable
- Insufficient or wrong address
- Failure to pick up at the local post office or drop center within the given timeframe
For international orders with a shipping address issue, we recommend contacting your local carrier immediately to arrange delivery. If the package is routed back to our fulfillment center, we will not be able to process a reshipment and will refund 70% of your purchase, excluding the shipping fee.
