Lifetime Wondery Warranty Policy

WHAT OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY COVERS

  1. This warranty applies exclusively to Wondery Bucket List Water Bottles and includes:
    1. Normal Wear & Tear
      1. Minor scratches or fading from regular use.
      2. Peeling or fading of stickers due to normal wear.
    2. Manufacturing Defects
      1. Functional or structural issues caused by defects in production.
      2. Loss of insulation performance after regular use.
    3. Sticker Replacements
      1. Stickers that peel or degrade due to normal use are eligible for replacement.
  2. Exclusions:
    1. Accidental Damage
      1. Includes dents, chips, cracks, or any physical damage caused by dropping, mishandling, or misuse of the product.
    2. Unauthorized Modification
      1. Alterations, repairs, or changes made to the product without approval from Wondery Outdoors or an authorized service provider.
    3. Loss or Theft
      1. Products that are lost or stolen.
    4. Environmental Damage
      1. Damage caused by extreme temperatures, chemical exposure, or other external factors outside the scope of normal use.
    5. Claims Outside the U.S.
      1. Warranty coverage is limited to purchases and claims within the United States.

LIFETIME WARRANTY VS STANDARD WARRANTY

We offer two warranties tailored to support our customers:
  1. Standard Warranty
    1. Covers issues reported within 30 days of purchase.
    2. Applies to problems such as shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or other immediate concerns upon receipt of the product.
    3. Replacement Cost: Free
  2. Lifetime Warranty
    1. Addresses problems that develop over time with normal use.
    2. Covers wear and tear or manufacturing defects during the product's life, ensuring long-term reliability.
    3. While the replacement itself is free, a shipping fee is shouldered by the customer to receive the new product.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES

For replacements under the Lifetime Wondery Warranty, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs. These shipping fees apply to each replacement item.
  1. Water Bottles (including the lid): $15
  2. Straw Lid and/or Stickers: $8

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a Lifetime Wondery Warranty replacement, customers must provide the following:
  1. Proof of Purchase
    1. A receipt from Wondery Outdoors or an authorized retailer.
  2. Photo Documentation
    1. Clear photos showing the damage or defect on your product.

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

  1. To file a claim, please send us a ticket here with a photo of your bottle attached and we'll review your request.
  2. In the Subject field, please input "Lifetime Warranty".
  3. Our support team will reach out once your request is approved and will create a draft order for your replacement.
  4. A notification for the draft order will be sent to your registered email where you can settle the shipping fee.
  5. Once completed, you will receive an order confirmation.

TRANSPARENCY STATEMENT

We strive to be clear and transparent about what is covered under the Lifetime Wondery Warranty. While wear and tear is inevitable, damage caused by misuse, accidents, or mishandling—such as dents, chips, or cracks—are not covered. This standard is consistent with the practices of other premium outdoor product brands.

For stickers, we recognize their importance and will gladly replace them for peeling or defects resulting from normal use.
